whats the best value sealed unit water cooler

for a budget of around £60-70 new or 2nd hand. cannot afford a full WC system unless a good value 2nd hand unit come up that

system i want to cool so i can ramp the clock speeds up is:

fractal design R3
gigabyte Z77X UD5H mobo
core i5 3570k processor - currently at stock speed with supplied fan.
8 gig of 1600 mhz ram
1 SSD drive for windows etc
5 x sata HDD's for storage and server purposes.
coolermaster 500 wt silent pro modular psu
blu ray drive
AMD radeon 6850 1 gig GPU - may WC this if funds did allow this

if you can't get a h100/i or similar then go for a high end dual tower heatsink imo

i was thinking of going for a arctic coller freezer pro 7 or the 13 as i used them before and always kept things cool and quiet. whats a good air cooler thats quiet and will fit that case?
