Right need some advice, im looking to spend no more than £250 on a new TFT screen, want at least 19" and mostly it will be for gaming can anyone recommend a good one ?

hi ace, i know the 17inch version of this Viewsonic VX912 19" LCD Monitor - Black/Silver (MO-014-VS) is one of the best on the market, but you would need it confirmed that the 19 inch version is as good, by other folk b4 you buy.

in the 19" market and price range the best bet would perhaps be the Samsung 930BF. There are a few nice 8ms rated models like the VX912 and also the Samsung 913N. These are very good screens, but the heavy use of overdrive in the 930BF helps reduce grey to grey response times and improves resopnsiveness for gaming. It is arguably one of the fastest screens in the market, and is very well priced. Would be a good bet. Plenty of info on it in the sticky too
