What's the cheapest hdmi 2.0 reciever?

I want a reciever with hdmi 2.0. I can't find information about what version hdmi recievers have.

Do only the more expensive models have it or do all?

I want 60hz over HDMI, looks like I might need HDCP 2.2 then.
