What's the cheapest way to send loads of letters to the same address?

Completely childish post, let me get that out the way first.

Now, whenever my mates and I are on PSN and we want to join each other's games, we keep sending invitations until we get bored or whatever. This, for those of you not in the know, means that often during a game of whatever we're playing, we still keep getting invitations which is irritating, which is why we do it to each other.

I want to take this to the next level and send some of them a hundred letters in the post. Envelopes and printing isn't a problem, but what's the cheapest way to tackle this postage wise?

Anyone got any ideas?

Hmmmmm. I know someone who lives nearby. I wonder if I can send him a package stuffed with envelopes and get him to cram them all in to his letterbox for me. Problem is, he was meant to be a victim too :(

If it's that many, then you want to get a cheap local courier to do it. Send them en masse to the courier company with a pre-agreement that the box will be opened and the letters sent through in their envelopes rather than just ring the door. I'm sure there's one of those cheap bicycle couriers or someone with a car that will do a custom delivery. Hell, if you can't find a courier to do that (and you probably can), you could probably just stick an ad on gumtree or something. It's possible some untrustworthy person will welsh on you once you've sent the letters but it's not like the letters have any value to others and all someone has to do is wander up and spend ten minutes feeding them all through.

EDIT: Also, you're mad! :D

EDIT EDIT: Here you go: https://www.myhermes.co.uk . Give 'em a call and tell them it's a large quantity of letters for a joke and ask if they can add a delivery instruction to open and put the letters through the letter box. Failing that, gumtree.

There has to be a member of these fine forums within a short distance of the 'victims'. How about posting their locations (not full addresses obviously) and see if anyone is close enough to help out?

*edit* although knowing the usual letterbox treatment mentioned here perhaps they might get more than just the letters :D
