Whats the current fastest single slot card?`

I've tried searching but not too successfully on single slot graphics cards, I currently have a Radeon X1950 Pro jammed into an SN21G5 Shuttle system.

It doesn't seem to have a problem with heat or power at the min so I wondered if the X1950 has now been superceded by the new line of single slot cards available and if so by what.

Anyone any experience or guides on pure 1 slot solutions?

A 8800Gt is the fastest single slot card.

8800 Ultra if you take the cooler off. But a less stupid answer would be the 8800 GT.

A gt, but bear in mind they do get hot due to the single slot.

The newer batches have a larger fan (still single slot) and run cooler, probably important for you cramped in a shuttle!

Isnt the GT the ONLY top end card that uses a single slot?

the new ati ones are pretty close and use less power and make less heat

thats probly what i would choose for a shuttle anyway
