Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, but where is the current B/$ of memory speed for an intel system? ...
I have a friend who has a 13900k and recently wanted to upgrade from 32 > 64GB becuase Tarkov seems to want more... He's currently on 2x16 @ 5600/c36.
He bought another matching set, but can't get it running at more than 4000MHz (and has tried putting a bit more voltage through it!) - We're assuming that 4 sticks is the bulk of the issue.
I'm pretty out of the loop on Intel as I've been on Ryzen since 2017 - For AMD I'd be suggesting 6000/C30, but just wondered if it would be better on Intel to lean more in favour of MHz rather than timings (i.e. something like 6000/c30 vs 6600/c32)?
Cheers!
