Whats the DDR2 equivilent of DDR 3500LL Pro

I had 2GB of Corsair DDR 3500LL Pro in my previous rig ... when I flogged it off I bought 4GB DDR2 1150 for my current rig and still had change

So, what do you chaps reckon I should get 8GB of now that I can flog off for more than the 16 GB DDR3 will cost when I eventually have to get some of that with my next system upgrade Oh, LEDs would be nice too!

IIRC I ran my 165 at 317x9 with a divider to 254 at fairly low latencies ... I am thinking that I may as well invest in 8GB of good stuff now to see me through to the next upgrade.
