What's the defination of a mut?

As thread title. I did a Google, "define: mut" but no appropriate definitions came up.

The mut i'm talking about is, as in "He's a mut. Don't listen to him." or "Look at that mut."

Or is it just a made up London word that doesn't exist beyond the boundaries of the M25?

Ah, I was spelling it wrong then. But it turns out both "mut" and "mutt" turns out to be the slang term for genetalia.
