Home and Premium are one and the same product (unless you're counting Home Basic, which you can happily ignore)

Well Home Starter is a bit of a niche version that usually comes pre-installed or is limited to certain areas, it's not something you'd go to any great lengths to buy (assuming the OP is looking to buy of course).

Unless you have a specific need for certain domain capability, Home Premium should be more than sufficient for the majority of people.
