What's the difference between these two Corsair Ram's?

I was looking at getting a 64GB Ram for a new build (Ryzen 7950X), after looking around apparently 2 Sticks is better for performance than 4 Sticks.

After checking OCUK, I found two that caught my attention.. other than aesthetics, are these two really identical in performance?

My basket at OcUK:

Seems to be yes, Corsair are just charging us a lot more for the Dominator kit at present.

Dont the dominator sticks use better binned chips for better overclocking
