Really thats it ?, i mite have to get the 2.83 ghz version as this extreme version i have is good but not worth the money in my opinion, i will sell it and buy the 2.83 ghz version and overclock it then the only difference wil be no extreme label, thank you.

No C64 is wrong.

The QX versions have an unlocked multi so they are not FSB limited when

overclocking on current mobo's
 
The QX CPU's have a place in the current market, they are expensive to some good value to others :D The product wouldn’t exist if it didn’t sell.
 
The OP asked what the difference was....

Offering opinion on whether the chip is worth it or not is not what he asked.

He has already been misinformed once...Give the guy a break. :)
