Whats the difference

P35-DS3R runs DDR3 and DDR2. P35-DS3P is just DDR2.

P35 is from what i've read Penryn compatible, and gives better overclocks and memory bandwidth.

P965 (the other 2 boards) is older, more mature, and cheaper. Not sure its Penryn compatible though.

Up to you..... £20 can be a lot to some, and not much to others.

Thanks, the Pc I'm building I would want to last me through uni, I suppose by buying a P35, I could buy a newer CPU at a later date if I needed too.

What about all this crossfire stuff?

2 GFX cards running together. Crossfire = ATI, SLI = Nvidia

Means you can buy a card now, and buy a twin to it later when you need more performance. Or 2 cards now for uber performance

Both P35 and P965 run 16x/4x, which means the second card doesnt get a lot of bandwith. Still boosts performance though.
