What's the difference???????

I have on order a Ultima Accelerator 4850,with it comes a HIS ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 card.My question is whats the difference between that card and this, Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail.
The difference in price is only about £5 or so but was just wondering if,apart from mines a HIS and the other is a Powercolor, performance is the same.
