EVGA psus aren't known to be the greatest of things.

Personally I wouldn't go for either of those if your after that sort of wattage.

Cant you link one that good for Sli 780 and i5 3570 both WC, that willnt die when i overclock them

never rly got PSU and what makes them good so need help with this stuff lol

It varies from model to model as just like other PSU sellers they use different OEMS for different ranges.

Having looked at the numbers I'd actually go for the SuperNova 1300 W now. £30 cheaper and wastes less power (wastes 118 W at 1 KW output compared to 123 W for the seasonic).

Edit: I made a figure as I was quite surprised
