Whats the diffrnce?

Hi

Can anyone tell me which between these memory kits would be better for a x79 system the price diffrence is £30 the timmings on the 1600mhz is better but the speed is better on ther other is it really worth spending an extra £30?

also they are on to diffrent sections this one is under

DDR3 dual channel PC3 1400+

G.Skill RipJawsZ 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-14900C9 1866MHz £113

And this one is under

DDR3 Dual channel PC3 12800

G.Skill RipJawsZ 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz £83

i know it says dual channel but it says these kits are quad channel as there are four sticks any help would be much apperciated
