What's the first things you install?

OS + Updates
Drivers
CCleaner
Antivirus
MBAM
WinRar
Firefox
Make backup of fresh install so I don't have to go through the same thing all over again until I upgrade to a new motherboard. :)

What do you guys use to create a snapshot these days? I used to use Norton Ghost yonks ago.

Chipset driver is the first thing after the OS
VGA - AUDIO if needed.

In almost every case these days, even drivers are practically optional.

Antivirus is the first tool I usually install, but I have a bundle and I highlight the lot and press Return / Enter to just get them all in and I end up beinghappy at that.

Most of the games I play are Steam based and so the first time I play them, it usually just wants a quick hit on DirectX and away we go!

I know that this laptop that I am on right now, I have not done ANY drivers for it ( knowingly ) and its the same with my main PC... Just never bothered purely because I felt like not bothering.
Both the Laptop ( Win 10 / 64Bit ) and the Desktop ( 8.1 ) Work a charm.
