I was quoted £65 per wheel for a decent job by a well equipped local specialist (although I've forgotten their name - I think they were Wheel Works, not certain though). That was for powdercoating and rectification of any minor 'buckling'.
I think the going rate used to be around £50 a wheel and given the prices of new alloy sets i'd seriously consider buying some more as you could spent a bit more and then sell these and actually make money!
