Whats the main difference

From what I see the one out of stock supports Crossfire and the other one doesn't, also 2 more USB ports on the 1st one. I'm not too familiar with performance factors on mobo's but hopefully someone can shine some light onto that issue :)

d'oh need crossfire... any other brand motherboards you'd recommend?
 
Arr it's only a suggestion - The board fits the requirement and I know it to be a good board. :)
