Whats the main difference

So i've order a motherboard and now they tell me its out of stock which it wasn't when i ordered it.... so i either wait or choose a different one, so whats the difference between

From what I see the one out of stock supports Crossfire and the other one doesn't, also 2 more USB ports on the 1st one. I'm not too familiar with performance factors on mobo's but hopefully someone can shine some light onto that issue

Had some cracking reviews - There's a USB3 model too, but that's a little more expensive.

im jokin and i love asus ive waited for ages for the reference asus 5850 to come in stock and ive finnaly found em next move is to amd though c4f looks awsome
