, dont knock the NF4 chipset has worked fine for me. If you drop your ram down some more you should be able to clock more cos my CPU is at 311 x 9 = 2799MHz and my ram is only 207MHz. and thats fine for me.

it's aluminium, and has thremal paste attaching it to the actual core, which adds another layer of insulation. removing this and placing the heatsink/waterblock directly onto the core improves heat transfer.. hence lower temps
