What's the most efficient PSU?

I need a new psu to power my quad (q6600, Abit ix38QuadGT mobo, 4G ram, Radeon 3850 Pro). I'm currently been using a Tagan 480, but after 3 years it's running out of puff, leading to poor cold boot ups.
It needs to be min 600W - though I should think more is prudent. I am looking for an efficient model, something that's a bit more green.

What's good at for me, my pc and the environment atm?

You'll probably get a few suggestions of the Corsair HX620w but most PSUs are 80%+ efficient nowadays so the difference will be negligible I'd imagine.

corsair 520w is able to power sli'd 8800gtx's so it should be more than enough for you're setup tbh.

basically look for the highest efficiency from a decent brand and get the smallest psu that is able to do the job.
