Whats the name of this program????

There is a free app that shows you what programs/processes are running in real time and each one listed is coloured depending on what it is/who its by. Or something like that anyway....Sorry. Any ideas what its called?

Alternatively is there a prog that will display what programs/processes are currently accessing the internet ie. spyware program updaters etc?
