You would think so, but quite a lot of the models have ommited this feature and offer no access to the integrated graphics, even though they are Z68 board. One example is the gigabyte board the OP mentioned.
If you want a good value board that allows access to the IGP then this is a good option (no SLI/CF options mind you). If you can push you budget a bit further then this is a really excellent board.
Z68MA-D2H-B3 is a very nice board with all the features you could want and of course the onboard graphics. Touch BIOS works rather well with this motherboard I might add.
Yeah the Z68MA-D2H-B3 is a good price, I know that Gigabyte also have a Z68XP-UD3P which is a full size ATX board giving you some extra features at a good price.
