Hello, i realy need to upgrate my pc to make it a lot more silenent than it currently is . and i was wondering what makes all the dam noise. lol. is it my PSU.. i got ifor like 20 pounds a year ago = / .. or could it be my 7800 gt ? i read up they are quite nosie beastes ? what would be the best replacement for my psu, and Cooler on my Gpu ? thanks a lot ( on the Psu im looking to have sli in a phew months so i will need the power to run that ).

psu perhaps something along the lines of

Tagan TG530-U15 530W ATX2.01 Easycon SLi Compliant Modular
or
Enermax Liberty 500W ELT500AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant

both modular so can have nice neat cableing

as for the 7800gt yes can be noisy best bet is to replace the fan with either

Zalman VF700-CU Quiet Copper VGA Cooler
or
Artic Cooling Accelero X1 Cooler

ive just ordered the Artic Cooling Accelero X1 Cooler myself which will arive monday i hope so will see myself what these are like

have u thought that maybe its a combination of all the fans in ure case also and the cpu heatsink & fan. u could posisbly change them all for nicer better cooling and lower noise.

Yee, ive been looking to buy some stealth fan's for the case and just Redo the whole thing, ive waiting on a good psu so i can order all the parts in one go. save on delvery. the Enermax Liberty

Seasonic S12 500W Silent ATX2.0 looks nice, what you think about this one ? is it as quiet as it states ?
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU 775 ? = / what is the best 775 fan i can get ? this oen seems a bit cheep ? the Coolermaster Hyper6+ looks reali good and is the most exspensive one ive seen,
Vantec SF8025L Stealth 80mm x 2 - "is this the size for a default casefan"?

as for the X1 how hard are these to install .. am i best getting someone who has done it before to do it ?

Tagan U22 580w ATX 2.01 SLI psu. Quiet from what Ive been hearing. Very strong rails, steady output and damn cheap for the psu you get

I hope OcUK get these back in stock soon, I want one.

the seasonic is probley the best one there overall wins nearley all reviews but its not modular but that really isnt a problem

as for fans would need to see pic of inside your case to see what size they are

and for the x1 it seems very easy to fit from everwhere ive read about it will know more monday myself on that one
