What's the opposite to an electric blanket?

I know it's still only March but I want to have something ready for June, as I don't sleep well at over 10C. I revert to a sheet bag, even that's not enough in August when nighttime temp is often 20C  Fans have worked in the past getting to sleep but then waking up with dry eyes like sandpaper because I turned in my sleep to face the fan!

Done LOTS of Google searches. Results initially came up as cat/dog warmers like what greyhounds wear. Refined the search (electric cooling blanket) which just returned normal electric blankets, as the search engine was picking up "cooling" from the "heating and cooling > electric blankets" section of online stores. More refining finally gave me pages describing how cooling blankets work (electronic / evaporative), but it's no bloody use if it's not returning online shops selling the darn buggers is it? :p

Any ideas? Cheers :-)

P.S. I've also seen pages for in-bed aircon, but again only how-to / how they work type pages, no actual products for sale.

Why is it so hot in your bedroom?

Thanks for the answers guys. Yes it was a serious question as my bedroom shares the hot water tank. The house is just 1-up 1-down, so it's not like I can change rooms. Will have a look at the chill pillow and aircon. The 10 degree C thing is relative outdoor temp, so not months of June, July or August for me.
