Whats the problem?

That board has 2x USB3.0 native to Intel chipset and 4x USB3.0 from a 3rd party chip.

So try different USB3.0 ports in case it is a specific issue with either intel driver or the VIA driver that runs the other ports.
 
can you try with setting cpu/vtt to around 1.16v,then see if it still freezes

latest bios might help things aswell
