What's the safest way to post something on FB Marketplace?

Selling a few bits and bobs on FB marketplace and I've had a couple of people want me to post things to them.

What's the safest way to do this?

One solution I've found is to generate a Paypal Invoice and send that to them, I'm assuming I'll be charged for receiving money this way?

Might still be the safest I s'pose.

To not do it. Although i'd say bank transfer is likely to be the safest, still not 100% fool proof though.
