Whats the warrenty like on the Vertagear line?

I just bought mine back jan 2016 so 9 months old and I'm having a issue with it. It just falls down whenever it feels like it? It just started doing this a week ago.and it's doing my head in now?

How do I return it? I don't have the box. Chairs very heavy?

Not happy tbh. It's not that old. Paid £200 for this thing. grrrr

Contact OKUK's Customer Service to get an RMA, Vertagear's warranty states that the first year of warranty should go back to the retailer for replacement.

Unsure about packaging and shipping process as I've never had to send something back to OCUK before.

They can be but are hassle although if I were OP I'd prefer to replace the gas lift myself.

Great, but on these vertgear chairs getting the gas lift off is a pain in the ass. Should I call OCUK for a replacement gas lift? Oh and the plastic cover too. when the chair fell it broke that too
