Whats the weakest part of my system to upgrade?

Looking to speed aboouttt £250 on some sort of upgrade for games such as Crysis, CoD4 and UT3.

Here are my current specs

6300 @ 2.9Ghz (Tuniq Tower)
8800GTS 320mb Superclocked (stock)
4GB OCZ 6400
Gigabyte DS3P rev 1.1
19" Cibox
Vista 64bit
Creative Audigy 2

So what would you recomend me upgrading to get the best performance from games?

The screen

everything else is good unless you sell the 8800 gts and buy 2 Gt's and wack them in sli

the 320 will strugle at the higher res of a new monitor, you could always buy a 8800gt or wait for the new gts.

not sure what the best upgrade out of those is
