Whats the Windows Program that helps setup Dual Boot 2 OS's ?

i keep trying to get my Win7 and win10 to dual boot so when i start PC up it will give me an option to which OS to log into and i cant figure out what i did years ago to set this up

I think you just have to switch between different boot drive priorities in the BIOS.

Windows 10 on installation should setup dual booting for you if you install it separately to an existing installation.

I've used easybcd before but as above you can do it through windows with bcdedit
