what's the XP1700/XPM-2500 of the 939 world?

The Tbred 1700Xp and Mobile Barton 2500 were the overclocking daddies in their days and i was wondering whats their equivalent in the 939 world?
The SD3700+ ND Opty144 seem to be quite good but is there something better?
