What’s this called please, upvc related

Hi. In the process of doing some decorating. Need to renew some of these around the house as dirty with sealant/ paint etc.

My pretty finger is pointing to the specific bit.

If I take it off and replace it. What is the plastic trim actually called and what is best to then secure it. Ie. Glue / sealant ?

It's just a quarter round bead mould, you might find that's actually timber.

Normally glued or pinned in place. A white silicone adhesive will do the trick.

Be very careful with silicone if you're planning on painting.

I don’t wish to paint it. As long as the replacement is white.

Just search for upvc beading on Amazon, they sell quite a selection as does eBay

Take it off and go to a local builders merchant. Amazon and others do sell them but they're a lot cheaper (like 10x) if bought locally.
I know this as I recently bought some from Huws Gray - a 5m length was about £3.
