whats this CPU like Xeon E5-1620v3

i bought it cheap on the bay for £30. I can get a clearance socket 2011 board. I already have 16gb DDR4 quad channel kit , i bought on offer for £68 some months ago.

probably wont use it for gaming, as i have the PC in sig,

I'd have a look at Passmark and compare it to your current CPU to get a feel for it. Should give you a good indication of the level of grunt that it has.

It's like an 4770k but not unlocked

its not coming up as good as my 4790k in passmark, so will use it in my 2nd PC, for apps etc.
