I'm 99% sure I've seen this on a TV show or film somewhere... Anyone know the name of it? Regardless, I found it pretty funny.

It ain't staged. The victim got up before the 3 count and managed to execute a low blow and had the Randy Orton wannabe in a belly to back suplex position but before he could pull it off, the headmaster, who was a part time policeman seperated them and charged the retaliating pupil with attempted rape.
