What's this game?

Friend was trying to get me to play this PC game but I've forgotton what it's called.

All I can remember is it's a Sega game set in the near future, & seems very violent. The main character is a cop, who I think is supposed to be alcoholic. It's probably a zombie game, since my mate is obsessed with them.

Aparantly there is a sequel too.

Definately not that. Think it's centered around a disease that made people violent.

Think it's a few years old, 3D yes, but not sure if first or third person.

There's a level with mannequins and some of them jump out at you. (aparrantly) Or junkies jump out from behind them, or something.

Its condemned fanastic game. The first was allot better than the second. The manequins parts is freaky as hell shuffling slowly battering them with pipes

Sega? Aliens? Dead Rising? Mannequins?

Would never of thought of Condemned thou, well solved to whoever solved it. I need to get the sequel cos I quite liked the original.
