What's this icon? "Connect"

Just noticed that when I log into Windows, this 3 lined icon appears.

I can briefly hover over it and all it says is "connect", then it disappears.
Any idea what it is?

Right click the taskbar -> taskbar settings, scroll down and select "Select which icons appear on the taskbar", does the icon appear in that list? Should also have the name of the app.

I have that. Do you have any Magix software installed ?? The icon I have links to that.
