whats this missing DLL all about then?

Just turned my computer on just now and was greeted by this

Not installed any new software or uninstalled anything
The pc shut down fine last night... I did have a Google but did not come up with anything

Or shall I just reinstall it?

BTW its Vista ultimate 64

You shouldn't need to re-install Windows, there's a System repair tool on the OS disc so just boot into that and select the option in the bottom right corner.

Could it possibly be something else that's loading at startup looking for this .dll as opposed to Vista? You could try systematically disabling programs/services on startup to see if you can narrow it down.

stop downloading crap or clicking weird links

disable system restore
install, update & run..

ccleaner slim
nod32 trial
spybot s&d
adaware se
avg antispyware (remove this afterwards)
