Hi,

When I run CPU-Z v1.40, it briefly says that my CPU is running at 3555MHz (which indeed it is), then it changes to and stays on 2370MHz. This is caused by the multiplier going from 9 to 6.

What's going on - is it a known bug or feature of my mobo or cpu?

It means that when your pc is not at 100% it will lower the multi to lower power consuption.
Turn of the 2 above in bios to stop this.
