what's up with my NOD32?

i get that everytime i boot up my laptop, NOD32 wouldnt startup properly, i had to click OK button and lanuch the NOD32 manually. reinstalling NOD32 make no difference

HELP!

Sounds like the Kernel isnt starting on startup.
Just re-install Nod32, it only takes 1 or 2 mins

If it were me, I'd completely uninstall NOD32, delete all of it's associated folders (if it leaves any behind), delete any files in your Temp folders, then run a registry cleaner (such as the one found in TuneUp Utilities 2007).

After doing that, trying installing NOD32 - could be a setting stray in the registry.
 
Have you checked to see the service is on Automatic and setup to start at boot with start, run, type "services.msc" ??
