as per normal, u delete files they goto your bin, u open bin, u see your files.

right click on the bin and it empties the bin...

not on my PC it don't!

open the bin, the files are not visible

right click> Empty bin, and i get an error that says "can not delete Dc2 access is denied"

any one had this before?

Go into the "Recycler" folder on the root of your drive(s). Assuming that your system is setup for single user, there will only be one folder in there, titled with the SId of your account (a big string of letters and numbers). go into that folder, highlight everything in there, press and hold shift and press delete. If there is more than one, as an admin, you should be able to see what's inside the others and you will be able to determine which recycler is yours, if you're not an admin - you won't be able to access the other folders.

If you still get the "access denied" error, check out the perms on the files which you can't delete (you may have to restore them to the original location to do this), make sure that you have "full access" to these and there are no "deny" perms in place. If you change any perms, use the "shift+del" combo again. It may be worth deleting the recycler folder and rebooting - XP will realise that there is a system folder missing and replace it with a new (uncorrupted) folder.

If it wasn't the perms thing, then schedule a check disk for the drive "chkdsk c: /f" - assuming that it's on your c:\

hope that helps :)

That should be a folder with all the stuff you deleted.
