Whats windows 7 not installing?

Installed win 7 64 ultimate last night, just have this showing in device manager and im not sure what its trying to install. Tried matrix manager software but for some reason it says my pc doesnt meet required specs.

3.6 quad asus p5qe 3870x2

Any ideas?

Guessing for Vista but will give you something to search for on Windows 7

i also had some trouble with the drivers m8 went to the asus website and got the right windows 7 drivers
