With all the power and functionality of Windows XP, plus new features that let you watch and record TV, manage your music, play DVDs, and more, Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 gives you a remarkable new way to experience digital media in your home.

- Better TV picture quality due to more advanced video hardware drivers
- Faster, more intuitive guide navigation
- Filtering by genre, channel line-up view, and jump-by-day features
- Better conflict resolution for recording TV shows, or Personal Video Recording
- Automatically schedule recordings based on any of four parameters
- Ability to copy your CDs to your Media Library using the remote control.
- Enhanced photo features, all accessible by using the remote control
- Directly access photos from SmartMedia, Flashcards, or CDs

Mce is the same as pro, but doesnt have support for a network with a domain. Remember that you can only directly stream mpeg2 and wmv to the 360 not divx or xvid and you cant save the video/aduio to the xbox.
