What's wrong here, upload faster than download?

they just don't invest in any infrastructure at all for adsl users. you'll be packed onto a BT central with gazillions of other users and there really isn't much you can do about it - well there is one thing.... leave. :)
 
It saddens me that they were like that (well, slightly better back then) 2 years ago when I left. :/

I highly recommend you get your MAC code asap.
