Whats wrong with my computer?

Hi. I am having problems with my computer recently. When I load a game the sound is completely messed up, and the game freezes. The sound is also messed up when just on the games menu. After the game has frozen and I manage to close it, the internet doesn't work until I restart the computer

What's wrong with it? I'm thinking the sound card but could it be something else?

I have been running the overclock fine since June though. The temperatures are normal so I dont think its that. The sound card is quite old though, I think I got it May 2006 so it could be that I hope.

I am on the latest drivers . The problem has only started happening today which makes me think something is dying.
