Whats wrong with my connection

Hi guys, i just moved to eclipse evolution BB, now on my router it says download is 4992kb/s but my line is supposedly suppose to be able to take 8195kb/s now i expected this, and thought it might take a couple of days to ammend itself, this is what happend on my 2000kb/s, it shoed as 1000kb/s then fixed itself, however dowloads just hover at 100kb and should be atleast 400kb like it says on my router, can anybody help

Noise margin is at lowest 5.5 however i have seen it much higher, its now at 6.8
output power is 19.4
attentuion is 33.5

edit: my SNR / noise margin keeps fluctuating, could this be the problem? and my downloads are at 47kb which is 512k BB
 
na my SNR goes above 8 sometimes and higher! and also why are my download speeds so low anyway? 5000kb/s is fine its faster than my old one but my download speeds are still low

Oh and according to samknows aswell as other websites i should be able to get a minimum of 5.5 which im no where near to! oh and by any chance does eclipse evolution have a 10 day trialing period like ADSL MAX?

what would it need to be to get 8, is it possible in the first 10 days its trying to get a stable noise margin because before it got to 15, is that high enough?
 
ok thanks, ill be happy with 5megs but still y are my downloads so bad, is it because im in my 10 day triling period, my downloads are about 47kb/s
 
oh ok thanks, i got 1 problem though, my dads coming home and hes one of those download crazy guys, and im a hardcore gamer, so is my bro, so will this only last for 10 days. 10 days is a long time
