Whats wrong with my css?

I go to create a server, because i felt like sniping some bots with the AWP, and i get a pop up saying:

Counter Strike source : HL2.exe - application error

'The instruction at "Ox0ee83e2c" referenced memory at "0x0d6ca1a0". The Memory could not be "READ".

click ok to terminate the program.

Anyone know what this means? really annoying me as it happens everytime, and now i cant join servers.

It means that steam is shoddy. Reinstall the game.

I get a similar error when I try and run the stress test program?

Did a reinstall and got the same issue, haven't bothered since!!

yeah i get it with stress test. im reinstalling now, hopefully it may fix it.
