What's wrong with my Display?

Just asembled a new system together, and my monitor now looks like the above link? I see that it's not just during windows, in fact it's like that during loading.

I suspct I've messed up with the hardware setup, or perhaps the bios settings. But don't have a clue how to fix it.

Any ideas? (my specs are in my sig).

What GFX are you using? If it's an external card, try removing and running from onboard.

Could be the RAM on the graphics card is faulty.

It's an ATI FirePro V5800. I just checked with another monitor and it's working fine. Does that not rule out the graphics card? Don't have on board graphics, so can't check that.

I have ordered another monitor, will wait and see if that works. Should come tomorrow.
