What's wrong with my GPU? *Video*

Guys I've been playing the Pre Sequel for a few hours with no probs, and trhen this happens. What's the most likely issue to cause this?
Drivers are up to date.
GPU is "Gainward GeForce GTX 760 Phantom 2048MB GDDR5" Link no longer on OcUk.

Also when playing the image isn't halved like the recording.

try verifying the game cache on steam (maybe textures missing). Maybe also try reinstalling the drivers with the clean install option.
