whats wrong with my monitor? pic included

i just started to notice this recently, i thought it was dust on the screen at first but it's not coming off

it seems to vanish with a 100% white screen so i don't think it's dead pixels? rma time or?

i've never sprayed anything on it, i just use a dry soft cloth to dust it.

this is only about 6 months old. so whats the best way to get a replacement? rma request from overclockers or get in contact with NEC?
