What's wrong with my Windows (can'tbeexplainedbywords)

This happens like every 1-2 hours. I have to open the task manager and end the "explorer.exe" process and then run it again to get it back to normal again. Scanned for viruses and spyware's but nothing.

Have you tried disabled all active items on the desktop? e.g. a webpage that's stuck onto the desktop etc. ?

Also have you tried changing your theme, maybe it's that?
