Hey guys, I got Palit 2070 GameRock card yesterday
and so far I really like it, the cooling system is absolutely fantastic, however, I can't for the love of me hit the magical 2100Mhz or at least 2050Mhz core clock ;(
I flashed gamerock premium bios that has better power limits and this allowed my card to run @~1920+Mhz at default settings, out of the box. Then I increased power limit to 116% in AB, set max temp to 88C and added +100 voltage offset.
The best I could get without crashing 3dmark was 2010Mhz and +750Mhz (memory OC, Micron). The temperature never exceeded 70C. And that's on default fan curve, I didn't even modify it.
According to Pallit representative, 2070 gamerock cards should have A chips that can OC really well.
Did I just lose a silicon lottery or am I doing something wrong here?
Cheers.
PS Maybe I should try Super Jetstream bios?

Although gamerock premium seems to be better
